4. Satisfaction Guarantee & Refund Policy

TVM.Bio offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee exclusively on the “Stress Reset Prelude” Package.

• All other service packages are non-refundable if:

• The client cancels less than 24 hours prior to a scheduled appointment.

• The client reschedules the same appointment more than once.
